General procurement notice for Recruitment of a consultant for the technical assistance to the islamic microfinance line including the design of financial products adapted to the value contract of fish and poultry and updating of mfi procedure manuals and the recruitment of the consultancy firm for the reference study of the sub -fishing and aquaculture sector.
The Government of the Republic of MALI has obtained financing in the amount of 23.45 million euros in the form of a loan from the Islamic Development Bank to finance the Integrated Development Program of Animal and Aquaculture Resources in the Republic of Mali: Components Poultry and Aquaculture (PDIRAAM2) and intends to use part of this funding to make payments for the acquisition of goods, works and related services and consultancy services required under this program. This program will be jointly financed by (the IsDB and the Government of Mali). The project will include the following components: (a) improvement of the poultry value chain ; (b) improvement of the aquaculture and fishing value chain ; (c) improving access to Islamic microfinance and (d) emergency response (CERC)
