See description of procurementThis is not an open procedure, but rather a so-called open-house model! The form for the open process is only used because there is no form for the open house model. Contracts concluded in the open-house model are not subject to public procurement law due to the lack of a selection decision. Submitting to procurement regulations is not associated with the use of this form. AOK Bayern intends to enter into non-exclusive discount agreements with all interested pharmaceutical companies for the active ingredient octreotide, atc h01cb02, in accordance with Section 130a para. 8 sgb v to close. AOK Bayern offers all interested pharmaceutical companies that meet the eligibility requirements listed below to conclude identical and non-individually negotiable discount agreements. The earliest possible start of the contract is November 1st, 2023, all contracts end on October 31st, 2025. The pharmaceutical company has the completed and signed (the signatorys authorization to represent must be stated in the commercial register extract, otherwise a power of attorney to submit) contract together with the completed and signed appendix Specification of the medicinal products covered by the contract as well as the completed and signed self-declaration of reliability. The documents can either be signed by hand in writing or submitted electronically with a qualified electronic signature.
