Tenders are invited for the transformation of the jemnica "year-old" valley
The subject of the competition is the design of an architectural and landscape solution for the transformation of the valley of the summer cinema and the adjacent scout clubhouse in the immediate vicinity of the historical center of jemnice and the castle park. the unique environment of the valley, wedged in the historic part of the city, between parks and with a backdrop of mature trees, offers immense potential for the creation of an inspiring and representative socio-cultural space for the general public as well as a quality background for the local scout troop.
The scout clubhouse and adjacent outdoor space will satisfy the needs of the local troop with the possibility of holding scout events of regional importance. the public space in the immediate vicinity will then be multifunctional and flexible in order to enable the holding of smaller social and cultural events, the organization of various concerts, happenings, small markets, summer screenings, etc. for this, it will be necessary to build a discrete background of a smaller scale. the scout clubhouse, social space and adjacent slopes will form one harmonious environment.
