The subject of the framework contract are building inspections according to din 1076 in accordance with the specifications of the service description. the building inspections are divided into the following service areas: service area 01: bridges, noise protection walls and other engineering structures framework contract) specified services are carried out by means of a so-called "open-house procedure". (more on this under section vi.3 as well as in the cover letter that can be accessed via the electronic address given under section i.3). service areas for which the admission requirements have been proven with the application for admission.. individual orders placed on the basis of the concluded framework agreement can include all services or only parts of one or more service areas for which a contractor has been approved.. the open-house procedure runs from publication to to december 31, 2024 and can be extended twice by 1 year each. applications for approval and thus the conclusion of a framework contract can take place during the entire term of the open-house procedure. the framework agreement can be extended twice until 31.21.2025 and 31.12.2026 - similar to the open-house procedure - due to the extension option. the framework agreement regulates the details.The subject of lot / service area 1 are building inspections according to din 1076 in relation to bridges, noise barriers and other engineering structures. the details result from the service descriptions.
