General procurement notice for Consultancy services Design and deployment of digital platforms
PATNUC is structured around 4 components: (i) Digital Strategy, Public Policy and Regulation for Digital Inclusion and Transformation; (ii) digital connectivity and inclusion; (iii) facilitating the implementation of data-based digital solutions in the agricultural sector; and (iv) project management and citizen engagement. Thus, the government, through the SND30, aims to truly initiate the structural transformation of the Cameroonian economy which will be based on a modernization of the agricultural sector (agriculture, livestock, fishing and aquaculture) through the improvement of productivity and the competitiveness of family farms and the promotion of a real industrialization dynamic. 2- Procurement procedures : Procurements financed by the World Bank will be awarded in accordance with the procedures specified in the Procurement Regulations for Borrowers seeking Investment Project Financing (IPF), November 2020 edition. They are open to all candidates who meet the conditions stipulated in said Regulations. Notices relating to the various contracts which must be awarded in accordance with the World Bank%s international competitive bidding procedures will be published, as soon as they are communicated, in STEP, UNDB and in local newspapers (Journal des Marchs Publics, Cameroon Tribune)
