The Government of the Democratic Republic of Congo (hereinafter referred to as the "Borrower") has received a credit and a grant from the World Bank to finance the Multisectoral Development and Urban Resilience Project of the City of Kinshasa (PDMRUK ) / KIN-ELENDA, and intends to use part of this credit and this donation to make payments under the works contract for the protection of SNEL substations and substations against erosion and flooding in the provincial city of Kinshasa . This work is divided into two (2) separate lots as follows: Lot 1: Rope posts Cleaning and unblocking of the main gutter into which the site's internal drainage network flows (150 m) and of the Funa river between the Sendwe and Heavy Duty bridges (2,330 m) Repair of damaged parts of the existing internal and external network of the site Demolition of the rail bridge and construction of footbridges downstream of the confluence with the Yolo River Demolition and enhancement of the Pont Forgeron including the pedestrian bridge Construction of the main earth canals with a rock bottom and the side canals, including the protection of the approaches to the river to limit the waste input from the local population while revegetating the right-of-way over 5 m on either side of the canal Protection of all upstream and downstream bridges against scour.
