Tenders are invited for Sanitation works of the SNEL SA Distribution Networks of the Kinshasa – North Branch
The Democratic Republic of Congo has received financing from the African Development Fund (ADF) and the Transition Support Facility (TAF) administered by the African Development Bank (AfDB) hereinafter referred to as the Bank to finance the Project d%Appui à la Gouvernance et à l%Amélioration des Services Electriques (PAGASE) , and intends to use part of this loan and grant to make payments under the Network Sanitation Works Contract of Distribution of SNEL SA of the Direction of Kinshasa - North .
The Project Coordination and Management Unit of the Ministry of Hydraulic Resources and Electricity (UCM), acting as the project implementation unit on behalf of SNEL SA, solicits closed offers from eligible bidders who meet the required qualifications. to provide and carry out sanitation works on the Distribution Networks of SNEL SA in the Kinshasa – North Branch for a maximum period of sixteen (16) months. Preference margins are not allowed .The Bidding Documents in French may be purchased by any interested Bidder by making a written request to the address below against a non-refundable payment of seven hundred and fifty US dollars (750.00 USD) . The method of payment will be bank transfer or cash deposit to the bank account whose details are as follows :Bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security , for an amount of Seven Hundred Thousand United States Dollars ( 700,000.00 USD).
