Tenders are invited for Sanitation works for the Distribution Networks of SNEL SA de la Direction de Kinshasa - Nord
1. The Democratic Republic of Congo has received financing from the African Development Fund (ADF) and the Transition Support Facility (TAF) administered by the African Development Bank (ADB) hereinafter referred to as the Bank to finance Support Project for Governance and Improvement of Electrical Services (PAGASE), and intends to use part of this loan and grant to make payments under the Sanitation Works Contract Distribution Networks of SNEL SA in the Kinshasa – North Branch.
For this Contract, the Borrower will make payments using the Direct Payment method of disbursement, as defined in the Bank%s Guidelines and Procedures, except for payments for which the contract stipulates that payment will be made by credit. documentary.2. The Project Coordination and Management Unit of the Ministry of Hydraulic Resources and Electricity (UCM), acting as the project execution unit on behalf of SNEL SA, solicits closed offers from eligible bidders who meet the qualifications required to provide and carry out sanitation works on the Distribution Networks of SNEL SA in the Kinshasa - North Branch for a maximum period of sixteen (16) months. Preference margins are not allowed.

The method of payment will be bank transfer or cash deposit to the bank account whose details are as follows:Bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security, for an amount of seven hundred thousand US dollars (700,000.00 USD).
