The zbroslawice commune belongs to the group of public finance sector units referred to in art. 9 point 2) of the public finance act. gzk spólka z o.o. is a company of the zbroslawice commune, it has legal personality. all shares in the company are owned by the commune. there are no shares in the company other than those owned by the commune, hence the condition under art. 214 paragraph. 1 point 11 lit. c)
is fulfilled.
the governing bodies of the company are the shareholders meeting, i.e. the commune of zbroslawice, the supervisory board and the management board. the fact that the zbroslawice commune represents 100% of the companys share capital at the general meeting makes it exercise legal control over this person, corresponding to the control it exercises over its own units. in view of the above, the condition specified in art. 214 paragraph. 1 point 11 lit. a) is satisfied.
the condition specified in art. 214 paragraph. 1 point 11 lit. b), gzk sp. z o.o. complies with the calculation - forecasts of the revenue structure for the years 2022 - 2024, which the employer found reliable (detailed justification in the files).
