General procurement notice for Supply of Computer and office equipment
This project shows the following objective principles: • The global objective of the intervention is to strengthen public-private dialogue in order to improve the fiscal dimension of the business environment.This consists in contributing to the strengthening of economic resilience by allowing governmental structures to accompany and assist private companies in the tax aspects that contribute to strengthening the mobilization of revenue. • The specific objective is to support: ((i) the strengthening of fiscal competences in the production of specific studies on the interaction between the Government and the private sector on fiscal issues such as the time required to make its declarations or access to public order; (ii) the strengthening and animation of the State-of-the-art dialogue framework on specific tax issues; (iii) support for fiscal policy on aspects such as the efficiency of the taxation of the informal sector and of e-commerce contributing both to the mobilization of revenue; (iv) an analysis of the opportunities for emergency financing, such as green finance and climate finance. The PADPP declines as well as three (3) components: 1. Strengthening the capacity of public-private dialogue; 2. Reinforcement of the implementation of fiscal policy; et 3. Project management
