Contract notice: adaptations/adjustments of gas-powered appliances as part of the gas changeover project
The objective of the service entrusted is to make the necessary adjustments to appliances powered by natural gas at customers using residential gas in order to prepare for the change of gas. at the end of the inventory phase of gas-powered appliances, grdf will inform the customer in writing of the situation giving rise to an adjustment service. the different adjustment situations included in the service are as follows: * management of customer relations, pre-checks and checks may be added: * a change of regulator only, * an adjustment of appliances powered by natural gas, * an adjustment and change / addition of kits on appliances powered by natural gas important point : grdf alone is authorized to declare an appliance incompatible with gas h. the possible case of the replacement of appliances powered by natural gas is not part of the scope of the service. the appliances concerned by the service are those powered by natural gas at the customers: * individual or collective boiler, * water heater, domestic hot water accumulator * gas radiator, * open hearth/stove/gas insert * other equipment ( air heater, clothes dryer, hot air generator, etc. cooking appliances do not require adjustment, but maintaining the flame is necessary. structures powered by bottled gas (propane, butane) are not affected by the adaptation. the assignment of pcs, making appointments and planning services is not part of the scope of the service and will be carried out by a service provider called a scheduler. in the particular case of clients managed by a lessor/trustee/community, the company may be in contact with a representative of these managers. within the framework of the service, cannot be carried out during appointments: maintenance or acts of marketing.
