The Government of the United Republic of Tanzania has set aside funds for the operations of the Ministry of Constitutional and Legal Affairs during Financial year 2019/2020. The Ministry of Constitutional and Legal Affairs Through Registration Insolvency &Trusteeship Agency RITA is now issuing the General Procurement Notice (GPN) to the public pursuant to the requirements of the Public Procurement Act No. 7 of 2011 and its Regulations No. 446 of 2013 and its amendment of 2016 for the purpose of notifying contractors, consultants, suppliers, service providers and the General public on tender opportunities during the financial year 2019/2020. Further to this publication, subsequent announcements of Specific Procurement Notice (SPN) will be advertised in the International and local Newspapers of wide circulation and in the Websites of the Registration Insolvency & Trusteeship Agency (RITA) and PPRA. The interested firms may obtain further information from the office of the Secretary of the Tender Board, registration Insolvency & Trusteeship Agency (RITA), RITA Tower, 4Simu Street, P.O. Box 9183,DAR ES SALAAM from 7.30 - 03.30 hours local time on Monday to Friday except on Public holidays and weekends. |
